Saying: N to Z
Pray
We pray with expectancy and surrendered-ness.
Pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest, ask him to send more workers into his fields. (Matthew 9:38). The Greek word for "Pray" is DEOMAI, meaning to plead desperately.

(Hosea 10:12) "Sow for yourselves righteousness; reap steadfast love; break up your fallow ground, for it is the time to seek the LORD, that He may come and rain righteousness upon you."
Sanctification
God sit as the refiner of silver (Malachi 3:3). The refiner holds the silver in the hottest fire to burn away the impurities. He sits there and constantly keep an eye on the silver to prevent damage if it's burned too long. He knows that it is purified when he saw his own image on it.

When we appreciate their strength, it makes it easier to accept their weakness.
Strength is like the sun; Weakness is like the stars. When we see the sun, the stars disappear.
Tell them about their strengths; be quiet about their weakness. (eg rubbing out the list on sins and other people's criticism of you)
